If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 1. Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible for a refund. 2. Eligibility Criteria To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions: Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition they were received. Tags: All original Zayr tags must remain attached. Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit. 3. How to Start a Return Request: Email our support team at info@zayrpk.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Ship: Securely pack your item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.)
