Zayr | Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Zayr, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and the exclusivity of our designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition they were received.

• Tags: All original Zayr tags must remain attached.

• Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3. How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email our support team at support@zayrpk.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship: Securely pack your item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.)
